Voice Lessons at Rockskolan Malmö

Plan your voice lessons together with your teacher

We're not saying that there is one right way to sing, on the contrary there are many ways and the last one isn't invented yet. What we could teach you, without taking away your originality, are different techniques that can do more or less justice to your voice, and also ways to sing without destroying your voice in the long run. We may be using singing techniques but also equipment.We will be focusing on you, your technique, your understanding, your listening and your creativity. We will start with you goals and ambitions, but we will always try to challenge you to try new things.


Practice with an instrument?

We often feel a bit exposed when practicing singing. It's good to have access to a place where you feel safe with really singing out. You can practice using youtube and speakers, you can also find versions of songs that do not contain a vocal track - but do consider getting a guitar or a piano, to be able to practice more independently. It will give you flexibility and a whole new theoretical understanding of what is going on with your voice.
