Online lessons? How does it work?
As soon as you have placed your order of a lesson bundle, our booking department will contact you. We will schedule your lessons together with you and your teacher and collect all information from you.
The lessons will be held by video call with your smartphone, computer or pad. We will agree upon a platform that works for both you and the teacher, such as FaceTime, Google Hangouts eller Skype. Of course we will help you make sure it all works before your lesson starts.
Make sure you have any instruments needed at hand and plugged in if necessary, and that you are sitting in a quiet space. It’s a good thing to use headphones as to avoid the sound from your teacher’s side leaking into the microphone of your device. Your teacher will call you up and you will have a video conference. From here on, it's just like a lesson in real life.

Private lessons
Private lessons of 40 minutes is a Rockskolan standard (for students over the age of 14), which means that you will have all the attention for yourself and that the lessons are completely customized for you, your speed and your musical goals. Private lessons is the most efficient way to go for you as an individual instrumentalist.
Individually adjusted start
We apply rolling admission and flexible start dates - this means that you can begin you bundle thru out the autumn or spring semester. During summer your lessons will be paused and you'll continue again in autumn.
Schedule
As soon as your purchase is confirmed and we have received your application, you will be contacted by our booking team to schedule your lessons on a fixed spot in our weekly schedule which ranges from monday to friday 16.00-21.00.
Flexibility
The weekly lessons take place on a fixed time. You can only reschedule a certain number of lessons, depending on the size of your lesson bundle. If you want more freedom to be able to change the time or postpone next weeks lesson you might add the flexibility option. This is perfect if you have an irregular schedule or if you just want a "rock n roll lifestyle".
Instrument
You need an instrument for practicing even if you, mostly, are able to use our instruments when you are here during lessons.
Monthly Payment
You choose interest free part payment (up to 12 months) - pick SveaWebPay at check out.
Continuation = Discount
If you are satisfied with you classes and wish to continue at Rockskolan we offer you a 15% discount on your next 30 lesson bundle.
